Description
Comida is Kansas City’s premier Culinary Arts event showcasing the cuisines of Indigenous Peoples, North/Central/South America, the Caribbean, and Spain. The event features visiting celebrity chefs, local chefs, restaurateurs, and cutting-edge mixologists.
Comida educates the community about the diversity and variety of Latin cultures through their unique cuisines and specialty cocktails as well as visual and performing arts.
Event proceeds benefit the educational & community programs of the Greater Kansas City Hispanic Collaborative (GKCHC), the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Kansas City’s (HCCGKC) 501(c)3 sister organization.
Comida attracts over 800 guests, including community leaders, professionals, and corporate sponsors from the Greater Kansas City region.
